Just getting back to the gym? Thunderbolt Bootcamp classes are for you! A 6-week, trainer-led, no-barbell class designed to jump-start your workout routine. The focus of these 45 minute sessions will be on taxing your cardio/respiratory systems through High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), Tabata, and Fight Gone Bad style workouts.
