Contrary to popular belief, getting started with CrossFit is simple even if you have no prior experience. The CrossFit Thunderbolt On-Ramp class is designed to pair new athletes with expert coaches.

Coaches will be working with you closely to teach you the proper mechanics and to make sure that you are working out at the right intensity for your fitness level. You will be amazed at what you can accomplish!

We have a very unique program at CrossFit Thunderbolt – especially for people who are new to CrossFit and weightlifting. We start everyone off with a complimentary 20-min fitness goals assessment. The purpose of this session is to get to know you, your unique goals and to determine if Faction will be your best path to success.

During your FREE goals assessment we will:

  • Get to know you, your motivators, your drivers and current fitness challenges.
  • Match up your fitness goals with a CrossFit Thunderbolt coach who specializes in that area
  • Provide an overview of our unique training methodology and class options
  • Determine if CrossFit Thunderbolt will be the best solution to get you where you want to go!
