
Coach Britta has years of coaching experience in both CrossFit and sport-specific strength and conditioning. She used to do endurance events like marathons and Ironman triathlons. While she’s transferred that love of high performance into CrossFit and Hyrox, she still excels at any workout that requires an Engine 😤
Britta coaches CrossFit and also does one-on-one personal training sessions.
Did you know: in her life outside of CrossFit, she’s a high school dean and she does yoga regularly.
