Postpartum Foundations
Postpartum is an important time to reset and build a strong foundation for the rest of your life. It is a time for connecting with your new body, for physical healing, and for personal growth. We focus on healing your core and pelvic floor through functional movement patterns. It is crucial to develop building block movements before returning to any fitness program. This is class is open to ALL mothers and postpartum people, and open to those who add to their family through surrogacy and adoption as well. Babes in arms are welcome.
Trying to Conceive, Miscarriage, Pregnancy Loss, and Fertility Support Group
