Unbroken Fran (Time)
Choose your weight, choose your pull-up modification: today’s Fran is all about intensity. Rx is being under 5 minutes. Pick a weight that allows you to 21 reps unbroken when you are fresh; choose a pull-up modification that allows you to do at least 12 unbroken when you are fresh.
For athletes who can do Fran under 4 minutes at 95/65, you can consider going up in weight. BUT keep it under the 5 minute time cap.
