All new CrossFitters attend our On-ramp class which will ensure that you are ready to participate in the group classes. CrossFit is scalable to all levels of fitness. Many of our members had never lifted weights before.

Any physical activity can be dangerous, but many people are suffering more from inactivity. One of the benefits of CFTB is that each workout is supervised by a skilled coach to help minimize injuries and accidents.

A WOD is the Workout of the Day. It is the daily workout that all the group classes go through and is created by a coach.

Drop-ins are always welcome for a $15 fee or t-shirt purchase. Just give us a heads up that you will be attending.
